These draft terms cover the site and coordination service. Governing law, disputes, and local consumer rights require legal review.
Administrative coordination only
MediBridge is not a medical provider and gives no diagnosis, prescription, emergency care, or treatment advice. Hospitals and treating doctors make every medical decision.
Service scope and fees
Your package states the work, fee, and payment schedule. Third-party costs are separate unless the signed scope says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- provide accurate, current information;
- follow hospital instructions and seek medical advice from physicians;
- check passport, visa, insurance, and travel requirements; and
- pay agreed charges and report changes promptly.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Appointments and third-party arrangements can change. Your signed scope controls changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds, subject to applicable law.
No outcome guarantee and liability
MediBridge does not guarantee acceptance, visas, treatment suitability, outcomes, recovery, or savings. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
